CUSTOMER SERVICE/PHONE ORDERS: ATVWorks.com is one of the fastest growing ATV parts sites on the web. We are a small company that has partnered with one of the largest ATV and motorcycle dealerships in Arkansas. We can offer the personalized service that you deserve yet have access to a huge inventory of ATV parts and accessories. Our site is online and available for ordering 24/7. We respect your privacy and security. All credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.net and guaranteed to be safe and secure. Your email address is held strictly confidential.
We appreciate your business and will do everything possible to make you a repeat customer!
 
PRICING: All prices shown on our Price list or on this site are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral. All orders are invoices at the price in effect at the time of shipping. ATV Works.com is not responsible for any incorrect printing of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.
 
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS: ATVWorks.com will accept for payment of goods purchased the following forms, Cashiers Check, Certified Money Order, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We will accept personal checks but the item will not be shipped until the check clears. A $25.00 service fee is charged for all returned checks. In the case of an unpaid check, ATV Works.com will only ship pre-paid orders to that entity in the future.
 
BACK ORDERS: We ship 90% of our orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and try to avoid back orders, In the event of a back order, we will take your order and will ship the backordered item when it becomes available.
 
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only, and cannot be returned or canceled.
 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or FedEx by way of Ground service. Also available are FedEx Second Day and UPS. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed for FedEx and UPS orders. No tracking numbers are available on USPS shipments but you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number.
Contact us for UPS and COD orders. COD orders are for businesses only.
 
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of standard item orders must be receive prior to shipping. Special ordered items are payable in advance and cannot be canceled for any reason.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS: Any and All requests for return goods purchased from ATVWorks.com MUST be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. Prior to return to ATVWorks.com, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA) from ATVWorks.com by emailing: Returned goods must be in new and UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the ATV, then you own it and no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from ATV Works.com. If any ATVWorks.com Products are purchased at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership. In the event of shipping or packing errors made by ATVWorks.com, ATVWorks.com will only reimburse the buyer for the actual shipping expense. ATVWorks.com will not issue call tags. Returns may be subject to a 10% restock charge plus cost of original , first time shipping unless the products are determined to be defective at time of receipt.
 
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All items should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt by the customer. If and shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials.
 
WARRANTY: All items Sold by ATVWorks.com are intended for off road use only and are not street legal, DOT or EPA approved. Any item sold by ATVWorks.com could void the ATV manufactures warranty. ATVWorks.com warrants it's products to be free from manufacture defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.
 
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from ATVWorks.com by the customer hereby shall release ATVWorks.com from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations and/or modifications to any ATV or motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the ATV or motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
 
Products: ATVWorks.com reserves the right to substitute out of stock items with similar or higher quality in stock items.
